Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Duttons Barbers online booking site and the appointments you make through it. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them. Your appointment is a contract for services directly between you and Duttons Barbers.

Your account

• Register with accurate details and keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or over to hold a card on file. Under-18s are welcome in the shop; a parent or guardian should make any booking that involves a card.
• You can view, cancel and manage your bookings, and update your details, in your account area.

Booking, cancellations & no-shows

Because of the number of missed appointments, we hold a card on file and operate the following policy (you agree to it when you book):

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment — free, no charge.
• Cancel within 24 hours, or don't show up — the full service price (or a percentage of it) is charged to the card on file.
• Cancel or reschedule any time through your account area, or by contacting the shop. You'll only be charged if you neither attend nor cancel in time.
• There's no minimum notice to book — you can book right up to the appointment time, subject to availability.

Payments

• Services and products are paid for in cash in the shop — we don't take card payments in-store.
• The only card charge is the no-show / late-cancellation fee above, taken securely via Stripe from the card on file.
• Prices shown at booking are the prices that apply.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the booking system — for example by making bookings you don't intend to keep, or repeated no-shows. We may refuse or cancel bookings, or suspend an account, where the policy is abused.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
